After Nerina present us with two wonderful EPs, "Buckminster Fuller" and "Junebug" both released in 2009, now comes the turn of 2010 also have an EP. Nerina is currently working on it and is scheduled to be released in late April, and in principle will be called "Skeleton Key".
In studio, working hard on the new EP Which You Can Get your mitts on at the end of April. I think it's going to be called 'Skeleton Key'.
Last week was the episode No. 10 "I Do not Want To Go Out Sessions" where Nerina sang "Sophia", "All Good People" and "Geek Love" from his 2006 album, "Fires". Surprised us with a cover of Sarah McLachlan, "Angel," which was a special request from a fan, Amelia, who wanted to dedicate the song to his brother who died too soon. Followed with one of the new songs that fans loved it, as sung in a previous session, "All Bets Are Off" and ended with another new song, "I Think".
In the 9th episode of the sessions Monday, Nerina returned to impress their fans with a cover of Elton John's "Your Song". He also played the original that we love as "Patience", "Idaho", "Damascus" and still an amazing version of "Vena Cava". To improve even sang a new song titled "Music Only".
In episode 8 of "I Do not Want To Go Out Sessions", Nerina Pallot did his own acoustic version of Lady Gaga's hit, "Poker Face". Unfortunately I could not save this session, but here I leave you this video that Nerina put in your YouTube account.
Nerina Pallot has agreed to act in a special day of music to raise money for earthquake victims in Haiti, which took place in January. The star of Jersey will join Brave Yesterday, Kevin Pallot and Lloyd Yates in Help Haiti CI Fundraising Concert which will take place Sunday, Feb. 28 at Fort Regent. Several event managers, concert promoters, artists and others involved in the music business in Jersey have joined together to organize this event.
Hello to all fans of Nerina Pallot. Probably we are just here in Portugal, but the purpose of this site is the same: to promote this fantastic artist in our small country.
